Sign up for one of our subscription packages. Select your terms and make your payment. Your first subscription box will ship the week of the 15th. Month-to-month subscriptions automatically renew on the 15th of the month, unless you cancel. You will be notified prior to renewal. Longer subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Gift subscriptions do not renew and will terminate at the end of the subscription period.
Any new subscription orders received by the 17th of the current month will receive that month's subscription box. Orders received after the 17th will receive the next month's subscription package.
Initial subscription packages will be mailed according to when your order is placed. Subscription orders received by the 17th will be mailed that week. Orders received after the 17th will be shipped the following month. Subsequent subscription mailings will be the week of the 15th of each month following renewal billing.
Monthly plans will renew on the 15th of the following month. If your subscription order was received the 23rd - 1st of the month, we will push your renewal date out an additional 30-45 days (example: You ordered on Jan 25th, you will receive our Feb. subscription box; therefore, your subscription will not renew until Mar 15th).
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Pre-paid subscriptions will be fulfilled and not refunded.
Our care packages include a variety of snacks ranging from popular name brand items to gourmet treats. Candy subscriptions will contain a variety of candy ranging from chocolate to hard confections. Our stimulus care package and candy tray subscriptions will be tailored around holidays.
